At Vastu Samhita, we provide online consultation, astrology guidance, Vastu consultation, Vedic & Lal Kitab remedies, palmistry consultation, kundali reports, kundali matching reports, numerology reports and spiritual products.
Our services are based on astrological calculations, planetary positions, Vastu principles and traditional guidance. We only provide guidance and suggestions. Final decisions and actions are completely the responsibility of the client.
1. Consultation Fees
Once an online consultation is booked and confirmed, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
If the client is unable to attend the consultation at the scheduled time, they may request rescheduling. Rescheduling will be allowed only one time and subject to availability.
2. Report Orders
Kundali Report, Kundali Matching Report, Numerology Report or any personalized report is prepared specially for the client based on the details provided by them.
Once report preparation has started, no refund will be applicable.
If the client provides wrong details such as name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth or other information, Vastu Samhita will not be responsible for incorrect results. Corrections may be chargeable.
3. Remedies & Guidance
All remedies are suggested based on planetary calculations, Vastu analysis, Lal Kitab principles, numerology or spiritual guidance.
The time and result of any remedy may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any fixed result, time period, financial gain, health improvement, relationship outcome or legal/business success.
4. Product Orders
We sell spiritual and astrology-related products such as Rudraksha, bracelets, gemstones and other items.
We try our best to send original and quality products. However, after delivery, if the product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, breakage, replacement, alteration or any other reason from the customer’s side, Vastu Samhita will not be responsible.
5. Return / Replacement
Return or replacement may be accepted only if:
- Wrong product is delivered
- Product is damaged during delivery
- Product is missing from the package
For this, the customer must share an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Without proper proof, no return or replacement request will be accepted.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Refund will not be applicable on:
- Online consultation
- Completed consultation
- Personalized kundali report
- Kundali matching report
- Numerology report
- Digital report
- Prepared remedies
- Used products
- Damaged products after delivery
- Customized products
7. Cancellation
Order cancellation is allowed only before the consultation/report/product processing has started.
Once the service, report preparation or product dispatch process has started, cancellation will not be accepted.
8. Refund Processing
If any refund is approved by our team, the amount will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Payment gateway charges, transaction charges or service charges may be deducted where applicable.
