Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Certain customized, energized or special-order products may require additional processing time.

In such cases, the customer will be informed accordingly.

Orders may be shipped through trusted courier and logistics partners selected by Vastu Samhita.

The choice of courier service may vary depending on the delivery location, product type and availability.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Rajasthan: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other States in India: 3–10 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5–15 Business Days

These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier company delays
  • Incorrect address information

Vastu Samhita shall not be held responsible for such delays.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Mobile Number
  • Shipping Address
  • PIN Code
  • Delivery Instructions (if any)

Orders delayed, returned or lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer shall not be the responsibility of Vastu Samhita.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned shipments.

6. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided after shipment.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • A wrong product

the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process such requests, customers may be required to provide:

  • Unboxing Video
  • Product Photographs
  • Packaging Images
  • Order Details

Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in rejection of the claim.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery operations are managed by the shipping provider.

While we will assist in tracking and resolving shipment issues, Vastu Samhita shall not be liable for delays, losses or service failures caused by third-party courier companies.

9. Delivery Acceptance

The customer is responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery.

Any visible damage to the outer packaging should be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and to Vastu Samhita.

10. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason or fails to accept delivery after multiple attempts by the courier service:

  • Shipping charges may not be refunded.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Refund requests may be subject to review.

11. International Shipping

International shipping may be offered for selected products and locations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Import Taxes
  • Local Charges
  • Government Fees

Vastu Samhita has no control over such charges.

12. Product Availability

In rare cases, products may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
